Responsible for maintaining clean and repaired condition of the property interiors, exteriors, and site using company-supplied materials and equipment and following manufacturer's directions for same. Provides support and rotates emergency calls with Maintenance Supervisor and other Maintenance Technicians.

Responsible for leasing apartments in accordance with policy and procedure set by First Housing Corporation and regulatory agents. Assist management in measuring effectiveness of marketing programs and in making periodic market surveys. Assist with other office/administrative duties as needed or requested.
